Luke Evans as Vlad or Dracula. |
Basically, after all of the fluff regarding the fighting and the talk about the creature, Vlad returns to Broken Tooth to seek the creature he saw earlier in the film and The Master Vampire (Charles Dance) presents himself. He is desperate to fight against the creature and the vampire and sinks his teeth on his wrist and pours the blood for Vlad to drink and Vlad collapses onto the rocks.
And, what do you think will happen? Vlad intensifies his thirst for blood and walks around with a dark cloak on his body in the woods trying to salivate for a human's blood. It is 95 minutes long, but it is a slow and dull film that sucks the soul out of you. If I were you, I would try to find a way to watch the old black-and-white film of Dracula to watch since Halloween is around the corner. I would run away from this movie like wolves are trying to chase you. It is not a film to be scared at, but a film to be mortified with that it does not have the tone for a Dracula movie.
